Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

- All seals and safety labels must be intact
- Items must be in resalable condition
- Original receipt or order confirmation is required
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Direct Acids (due to specialized formulation and safety considerations)
- Fragrance Sets for Men & Women (once opened due to hygiene reasons)
- Christmas Kits & Gift Sets (if any seals are broken)
- Gift Cards (all sales final)
- Any products with broken seals or signs of use

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
